Kroger names group VP of retail operations
The Kroger Co. announced the promotion of Mary Ellen Adcock to serve as Kroger's group vice president of retail operations. She succeeds Marnette Perry, whose retirement was previously announced. Adcock currently serves as vice president of operations for Kroger's Columbus division.

FPAA meets for Spring Policy Summit
TUBAC, AZ – The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas convened March 15 for its annual Spring Policy Summit at the Tubac Spa & Resort, here. The two-day meeting started with a U.S.-Mexico Produce Food Safety Working Group, which lasted through the middle of the opening day. There was a subsequent tour of the Rio Rico warehouses of Ciruli Bros. LLC and Del Campo Supreme Inc.
