An E. coli outbreak has sickened at least 37 people across four states. While the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention said a specific food has yet to be confirmed as the source of this outbreak, many sick people reported eating sandwiches with Romaine lettuce at Wendy’s restaurants in Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania before getting sick.
In addition to the aforementioned states, one person in Indiana reported the illness. Based on this information, Wendy’s said it is pulling lettuce from its sandwiches.
