FloraCraft, the world’s leading manufacturer and marketer of floral and craft foam, announced Steve Carlson will be its new president and CEO. In Carlson’s new role, he will be responsible for strategic direction as well as leading all manufacturing, fabrication, global supply, marketing and account efforts. A 23-year veteran of the company, Carlson previously served as president and chief operating officer, as well as other senior roles during his tenure. 

ALDI has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket as part of a larger divestiture of Southeastern Grocers to various entities. The acquisition continues the growth of ALDI, expanding its ability to serve the region with great products at the lowest possible prices. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024.

80 Acres Farms has been a supplier to Kroger since 2019, starting with a single store in downtown Cincinnati and growing to more than 300 stores across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky in 2021. The company plans to serve about 1,000 Kroger stores across the Midwest and Southeast.
