The Southeast Produce Council held its annual summer board meeting July 18-20 in Charlotte, NC, where Southern Innovations will be taking place in less than two months. During the meeting, SEPC’s Board of Directors, Board of Governors, Board Ambassadors and staff discussed several strategic goals and tactics.

G&R Farms, the third-generation Vidalia onion grower in southeast Georgia, is mourning prominent Glennville farmer, businesswoman and Vidalia sweet onion pioneer Pam Durrence Dasher. She was 79.
