Little Leaf Farms has seen remarkable growth since harvesting its first crop of baby lettuce in 2015, and it will celebrate that success at the upcoming IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim, CA.

Mission Produce is bringing a lot of energy to the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show this year.

The Oxnard, CA-based company will be featuring Main Mango Energy to showcase the company’s status as a category leader in the mango market and its full portfolio of consumer-friendly mango products to drive shopper satisfaction year-round.

Nickey Gregory Co., based at the Atlanta State Farmer’s Market in Forest Park, GA, has built a reputation as a go-to fresh produce distributor, repacker and processor, providing overnight delivery across the Southeast. Over the years, the company has expanded to operate two warehouses totaling more than 150,000 square feet and now employs more than 300 people.

The company marked a milestone in January, celebrating its 25th anniversary — a significant achievement that reflects its steady growth and evolution.

JOH has hired Erik Brown as vice president of business development, produce.

Brown brings nearly four decades of experience in the retail food industry, including 33 years dedicated to produce. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles with a leading national grocer and within the global produce industry, overseeing teams across the U.S. and abroad.

Heritage Grocers Group, one of the nation’s leading Hispanic food retailers, launched its Pumpkins for a Purpose campaign, running from now through Oct. 31. This heartfelt initiative is designed to raise vital funds for children and families receiving care at local children’s hospitals across the communities it serves.
