The Watsonville operation produces a range of hydroponic mâche, red sorrel and specialty greens tailored to chefs, retailers and wholesale buyers who require dependable availability and consistent quality. Distribution throughout North America is supported by the region’s established produce network, reinforcing the company’s direct-from-farm model.
