Viva Fresh Expo draws large crowd

GRAPEVINE, TX — The Texas International Produce Association saw a capacity crowd converge on its annual Viva Fresh Expo, held April 21-23, here, at the Gaylord Texan Resort on the outskirts of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. While the expo returned with a limited capacity last year, this year's show saw pent-up demand bring attendees in droves from across the supply chain. The event kicked off with a golf tournament followed by a day of educational sessions and networking events, and culminated with the trade show on April 23.
