While much of the country was mired in an oppressive heat wave, IFPA Foodservice Conference attendees escaped to temperate Monterey, CA, where they had an opportunity to connect and network in a friendly and relaxed setting. The conference kicked off Thursday, July 27, at an opening reception held at the Barns. The reception was sponsored by the Idaho Potato Commission, California Giant, Taylor Farms, Ocean Mist, Gold Coast Packing, C&S Family Farms and Pepper.
