SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Texas International Produce Association held its 11th annual Viva Fresh Expo, here, April 16-18, drawing a record 2,877 attendees including 380 from the retail and foodservice segments. The sold-out expo floor included 199 exhibitors.

GrubMarket has completed the acquisition of Houston, TX-based Schoenmann Produce, a major produce distributor that has served customers across the foodservice, retail, wholesale, healthcare, education and maritime industries throughout the Gulf Coast region for more than 100 years.
