Sambrailo launches new site and suite of services
Sambrailo Packaging, which offers innovative and integrated packaging solutions, is kicking off 2016 with a new website and suite of services branded as Sambrailo Resource Management. The new site, www.sambrailo.com, presents these solutions in an easy-to-navigate format, where users can quickly find the packaging they need for the specific commodities they grow. The site also outlines the services provided by a new division of the company called Sambrailo Resource Management.
“We’ve looked at our daily operations through a magnifying glass,” Mark Sambrailo, chief executive officer and third-generation owner of Sambrailo Packaging, said in a press release. “The services that we have always provided to our customers are a valuable part of their daily operations, which improve their efficiencies and, ultimately, their bottom line. These services extend across all commodities and every type of growing or shipping operation in the ag industry.”
The services highlighted on the new website fall within five major service categories: product development; vendor and supply chain management; product testing and qualification; packaging operations management; and traceability and compliance.
“Through our new site, we wanted to make sure customers were aware of all that our company has to offer,” he said.
Customers have already begun to take advantage of the services provided by Sambrailo Resource Management. Driscoll Strawberry Associates, which has more than a 70-year relationship with Sambrailo, has partnered with the company for its packaging operations management services over the years. In 2015, Driscoll’s began to utilize the expertise of the Sambrailo Resource Management quality assurance and control team and has implemented a new inbound packaging inspection program in the United States and in Mexico.
Sambrailo Packaging is a third-generation, family-owned company headquartered in Watsonville, CA, and the Sambrailo Resource Management team will operate out of the same facility.
