Sanford (Sandy) Cohen, a visionary leader in the produce brokerage industry, died March 24, surrounded by his loving family. He was 71.

The Delaware Valley Floral Group has reached an agreement to acquire the Paramus, NJ, branch from Kennicott Brothers. DVFG will acquire certain assets of the company through an asset purchase agreement.
