Amazon announced a new grocery delivery subscription benefit now available to Prime members and customers using EBT in more than 3,500 cities and towns across the United States. At $9.99 per month for Prime members, this subscription offers unlimited grocery delivery on orders over $35 from Amazon Fresh, Whole Foods Market, and a variety of local grocery and specialty retailers on Amazon.com, and provides access to even more convenient delivery and pickup options.

Earthbound Farm is celebrating 40 years of organic farming with new offerings, including its line of organic salad kits featuring dressings made with 100 percent organic avocado oil and its Limited Harvest Wild Red Arugula blend. Five new salad kits will be available at select grocery stores in May with a nationwide expansion throughout the remainder of 2024.

With more shoppers opting to save time by ordering groceries online, Food Lion has added home delivery to Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.

Village Farms Fresh has been recognized as a Giga Guru by Walmart through its sustainability initiative Project Gigaton. There are currently over 6,000 Walmart suppliers participating in Project Gigaton, and Village Farms Fresh is in the top 18 percent of suppliers who have earned the status of Giga Guru.
