Grimmway Farms' Sara Oliver has been promoted to chief people officer, a new position within the company’s executive leadership team. In this role, Oliver will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources strategy and operations, and will oversee development of the company’s annual Environmental, Social and Governance report.

Vision Import Group, based in Wyckoff, NJ, recently announced several staff changes to position the company for its expanding future.

Angela Aronica previously was sales director and was promoted to vice president of sales. Aronica is a second-generation produce industry member and has been with Vision Import for four years. She graduated from Penn State University with a major in agricultural sciences and minor in agricultural communication.

The Arizona LGMA's new public relations liaison, April Ward of Harvest Moon Communications, brings two decades of marketing and communications experience and a wealth of knowledge relating to leafy greens farming and food safety.  Although she is new to working with Arizona LGMA, she is a familiar face to many in the Arizona farming community.
