Bonipak Produce welcomes fourth-generation owner
Bonipak Produce reached a significant milestone in its history: the first member of the fourth generation has joined the ownership of Bonipak Produce and Betteravia Farms. Anthony Reade, director of production at Bonipak Produce, has joined the ownership group.
Reade has been working for Bonipak Produce for over five years and has been a driving force in directing operations. A graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, he brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to his new role within the ownership group.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Craig Reade, and grandfather, Patrick Ferini, who are a current members of the ownership group, Reade's entry into ownership solidifies the tradition of family leadership at Bonipak Produce. The ownership group currently includes Milo Ferini, Patrick Ferini, Henri Ardantz and third-generation owners Rob Ferini, Mitch Ardantz, Craig Reade, Tom Minetti and Alain Pincot.
“I am so happy to be here today to share how proud I am to see my grandson, Anthony Reade, become the first of the fourth generation that will carry on the legacy that our fathers began over 90 years ago," said Patrick Ferini, managing partner and Anthony's grandfather. "I know my father, Milo Sr., would be so proud that we are carrying on the generational vision and values in our operations at Bonipak.
“I recognize that the integration of the fourth generation would not be possible without the guidance of the third generation owners as well," he said. "As a grandfather and partner, my best advice to Anthony would be to treat everyone at Bonipak like family.”
"I could not be more proud to have the first of our next (fourth) generation coming aboard in an ownership capacity," said Mitch Ardantz, a third-generation member of the ownership group. "We are so fortunate to have an incredible crop of fourth generation folks coming up not only in ownership but in management capacities. The future is bright for the Betteravia / Bonipak organization!"
