Weis Markets has promoted Doug Becker to vice president of fresh merchandising and Angela Charnosky to vice president of enterprise services.

Adam Cooney and Johnny Kampes have joined Avondale, PA-based To-Jo Mushrooms, a company that coins itself as an innovative leader in the mushroom farming and produce industry.

Cooney joined the company in early November as the director of sales and marketing and Kampes joined the team more than three months ago as the national account manager.
