Lipman featuring Grown True veggies at OPS 2023
Lipman Family Farms will be exhibiting in booth No. 511 during this summer’s Organic Produce Summit, where it will be showcasing its Grown True organic vegetable line of tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, peppers and green beans.

“Grown in harmony with nature, our Grown True organic vegetables are picked fresh from our fields for consistent quality and taste,” said Sarah Miller Dehn, general manager. “In addition, we will be showcasing the sustainable and compostable packaging that our Grown True vegetables are packed in during our return to OPS this summer!”
Lipman’s Grown True organic line includes its fresh-cut organic green beans. These USDA-certified organic, consumer-ready clipped and clean green beans are grown and harvested by Lipman year-round. This hand-selected product is in steady supply and is conveniently packaged to ensure a long shelf-life and easy eating for consumers.
Lipman has expanded its compostable packaging line in commitment to reducing waste across its operations. The company's 100 percent compostable clamshells have replaced over 12,000 pounds of plastic to date. During OPS, the Grown True products will be on display in patented sustainable paper packaging, providing optimal shelf life as well as convenient and protective packaging.
“From our Grown True line to our innovative packaging, we provide products that buyers can feel confident will meet the requirements of their most discerning organic shoppers,” said Miller Dehn. “Our organic sales team is looking forward to sharing more about our initiatives with retail and foodservice buyers at this year’s event.”
