For the past decade, the Organic Produce Summit, held in July in Monterey, CA, near the nation’s “Salad Bowl,” has proven to be a tremendous draw for sellers, buyers and producers to celebrate organic produce. This year’s event was no exception.

OPS has expanded a bit over the years, with this year’s July 14-16 meeting spreading over three days, including grower tours, two days of sessions, several networking events and the traditional one-day trade show featuring more than 200 exhibitors. 

The Organic Produce Summit returned to Monterey, CA, July 14-16, celebrating its 10th anniversary with an expanded trade show floor, an additional day of networking opportunities and new features designed to bring together every segment of the organic produce supply chain. Since its inception OPS has evolved into one of the must-attend gatherings on the produce calendar.

MONTEREY, CA – The 10th Organic Produce Summit drew a large crowd and saw steady traffic on the trade show floor throughout the day on June 16, here. In addition to browsing nearly 200 booths, attendees had the opportunity to check out chef demos from the California Table Grape Commission and Bayer Crop Science, as well as see a CDFA dog in action.

MONTEREY, CA – The Organic Produce Summit kicked off July 15, celebrating its 10th year of promoting the organic produce category. Following a busy day of field tours and educational sessions, attendees gathered for an opening reception to reconnect and mingle in a relaxed setting.
