The desert is finally starting to take shape. After a messy stretch of storms that slowed harvests and complicated load times, fields in Yuma are drying out, plants are responding to the warmer days and we’re seeing the first real signs of stability since transition began.
While viewed as a more urban area that caters to two major metropolitan areas in the north and the south, New Jersey has a lot going for it when it comes to the produce industry.
