Bay Baby Produce has hired Sarah Diamond as the company's sales and logistics coordinator.

Diamond joins Bay Baby Produce with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and project management, including seven years in the produce industry. She brings a strong foundation in customer relationship management, produce expertise and delivers consistent value in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.

Vidalia Sweet Produce is a trusted woman-owned farming company specializing in the production, shipping and sales of Vidalia sweet onions, as well as red and yellow onions. Operated by the leaders of Collins Family Farms with 44 years of experience, the company also handles watermelons and Vidalia sweet potatoes, though sweet onions account for 75 percent of total sales.

Sysco and Jetro Restaurant Depot have entered into a definitive agreement under which Sysco will acquire Jetro Restaurant Depot in a transformative transaction that allows Sysco to enter the high-margin, growing and resilient Cash & Carry channel. Under the terms of the agreement, the total value of the deal is approximately $29.1 billion.
