The Produce Industry Podcast adds foodservice content partner
The Produce Industry Podcast, the freshest weekly audio source in the produce industry, has partnered with streaming television and internet-based show Walk-In Talk: the RESTAURANT life! opening the door for produce brands to restaurant kitchens across Florida where chefs will experiment with delicious fruit and vegetable products.
Boasting an average of 100K views per episode, Walk-In Talk: the RESTAURANT life! features the stories of the hard-working professionals who make enjoyable restaurant experiences possible. From the back of the house to the back of the bar, each episode explores the passion and products crafted by Florida-based chefs, bartenders, distributors and farmers — each dedicated to delivering a delicious experience for their guests.
Founded by Florida native and 30-year restaurant industry veteran Carl Fiadini, Walk-In Talk was created to highlight the best chefs, GM’s, bartenders, servers and eateries. With 20 years of food distribution sales experience, Fiadini has worked with some of the most successful produce, meat and seafood companies in the state. “There are so many real stories, and so much passion and emotion in this industry, which we feel must be brought to all," he said.
“Coming out of the pandemic, the need to celebrate the people and passion of the foodservice industry is imperative,” said Patrick Kelly, founder and host of The Produce Industry Podcast. “In partnership with Carl, we will not only elevate the stories of restaurant professionals, but we also will showcase their passion for fresh produce in the creation of exceptional experiences for their guests.”
This unique partnership is designed to feature fresh produce, prepared by chefs in the best hotels and restaurants across Florida. The content will then be published to the Walk-In Talk: the RESTAURANT life! YouTube channel as well as The Produce Industry Show YouTube channel, engaging new audiences with fresh produce inspiration.
Opportunities for produce companies to participate in this featured content are limited. IFPA Global Fresh Produce & Floral Show exhibitors are encouraged to act fast to build content and relationships with Orlando, FL-based chefs and foodservice operators in promotion of their trade show experience this October.
