Nature’s Bounty Organic and Progressive Farms California Navels are in the final stretch of their summer vacation, and thanks to the abundant sunshine, the orange groves are flourishing and ready for an impressive harvest.

Church Bros. Farms is participating in three scholarship programs benefiting students in Monterey and San Benito counties. The company said it is proud to take part in initiatives aimed at fostering the next generation of leaders in agriculture. It began its scholarship contributions 2015, and to date has granted more than $202,000 to 132 students.

Honored for outstanding contributions to community support, sustainable agriculture and visionary leadership, John Anderson, Oppy's CEO, chair and managing partner, has been named recipient of the Order of British Columbia and awarded the King Charles III’s Coronation Medal.

The Mexican mango season is soon coming to an end with the last of the Keitt mangos coming out of northern Sinaloa. However, Splendid by Porvenir will be shipping fruit through the entire month of September, taking care of existing customers and open to covering new customers.
