Last year marked the 90th anniversary in business for R&R Flaim Next Generation Produce, a leading grower in Vineland, NJ.

“I am honored to carry on the tradition of our family business,” said Ryan R. Flaim, a fourth-generation family member, who said he feels privileged to still work with his father, Robert Flaim, and uncle, Kevin Flaim.

Emily Coborn Wright has been promoted to president of Coborn’s Inc., making her a fifth-generation leader. She brings a lifelong commitment to the company's mission, backed by a proven record of operational excellence, innovation and strategic leadership.

Throughout her career at Coborn’s Inc., Coborn Wright has served in a variety of key roles — including communications manager, director of Topco programs, district manager and vice president roles in both fresh merchandising and operations. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of growth initiatives.

The California Valencia orange forecast for the 2024-25 season is projected to be down approximately 20 percent from last season. The forecast is the result of the 2024-25 Valencia Orange Objective Measurement Survey conducted from mid-January to early February in cooperation with the California Department of Food and Agriculture and the USDA.
