Beekenkamp Group and Dümmen Orange are in talks to explore opportunities for a closer partnership in Marketing & Sales, R&D and production. An Beekenkamp and Anthony Christiaanse, the respective CEOs of Beekenkamp Group and Dümmen Orange, signed a Letter of Intent to this end.

SpartanNash has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Markham Enterprises, Markham Oil and its affiliates, a chain of convenience stores and fuel distributor in mid-Michigan.
