Soren Bjorn, currently president of Driscoll’s of the Americas, has been named the company’s new CEO. He will assume the role in January 2024 and oversee global day-to-day operations. J. Miles Reiter, the current chairman and CEO of Driscoll’s, plans to retire at the end of the year and become executive chairman of the family-owned company.

Instacart and health care provider Kaiser Permanente have announced a collaboration to study the impact of convenient access to nutritious food on health outcomes. The study will target Kaiser Permanente Northern California and Southern California Medi-Cal members who have diet-related diseases.
