Blue Banner Co.’s sales arm, Goody, has expanded its sales team with the addition of several seasoned professionals, positioning the innovative brand to better serve growers and navigate logistics with enhanced efficiency.
With the start of this year’s grapefruit season, Goody welcomed Jennifer Burgess, Lorena Harun, Katharine Lopez, Tom Mosely, Joey Mazzetti, Fernando Guzman and Juan Medina.
- Burgess joins as a national sales specialist, bringing over 17 years of industry expertise.
- Harun also steps into a national sales specialist role, contributing more than 25 years of experience in both organic and conventional citrus markets.
- Lopez has been added as a sales coordinator, where her strong organizational and communication skills provide valuable support to the entire sales team.
- Mosely strengthens Goody’s field department and grower relations with over 26 years of experience.
- Mazzetti, a fifth-generation member of the Mazzetti family, brings a lifelong appreciation for hard work, along with a background in teamwork and coaching, to his role as a sales assistant.
- Guzman contributes more than 15 years of citrus industry experience in managing grower relations within the field department.
- Medina leads Goody’s quality control efforts within grower relations, backed by over 25 years of agricultural experience
Carefully selected for their deep industry expertise and alignment with Goody’s core values, each new team member brings a service-first mindset that reflects the company’s longstanding commitment to its clients and growers.
“Our clients and growers have been our top priority since we opened our doors in 1950,” said Vince Mazzetti, vice president of Goody. “We’ve grown as a company for over 75 years because we’ve kept those we serve at the heart of every deal.”
As part of Blue Banner Co.’s evolving strategy, Goody has recently launched its direct sales division — the first of its kind since the company’s inception. Building the right team has been critical to this transition, ensuring the organization can operate effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional service.
“Our clients come to us because they value our relationship-based approach,” Mazzetti added. “We’ve evolved over the decades to incorporate advanced technology and logistics capabilities, all while staying true to the personalized service that defines who we are.”
