Keystone Fruit Marketing’s mission statement says it all. “Keystone’s primary objective is to provide safe, fresh, excellent quality produce for our customers on a year-round basis. We will strive to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction through application of an uncompromising standard of excellence in all Keystone products and services.”
The company is headquartered in Greencastle, PA, and maintains a regional sales staff. “At the SEPC Expo this year, we will be talking to our current customers and potential new customers about all the items we represent: imported sweet onions [from Peru and Mexico], Vidalia onions, Walla Walla sweet onions, asparagus, peaches, apples, watermelons and Peruvian citrus,” said Mike Blume, part of the company’s sales team.
Visitors to Booth No. 614 at Southern Exposure will have a chance to speak with Blume, as well as Tracy Wood, Rich Miller and Matthew Gideon, who are also part of the sales staff.
Corporate Chef Dave Munson, known to put his unique spin on tantalizing recipes incorporating fresh produce marketed by the company, will also be on hand, preparing recipes for sampling.
