Datepac names senior-level executives to lead growth
Datepac, a leading date packer based in Yuma, AZ, announced the addition of two key executives to its management team.
John Haydock was named vice president of global sales, with responsibility of leading global sales efforts during a time of significant growth for the company.
Most recently, Haydock was senior vice president of sales with Mann Packing in Salinas, CA. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of sales for Healthy Food Holdings, a $250 million company with brands such as YoCrunch and Breyer's Yogurt and Van's waffles. He also held senior-level positions with White Wave Foods, Unilever and Kraft Foods.
Dean White was named vice president of operations, where he will oversee significant capital investments planned in the coming years. He will also lead the company's efforts to set the industry standards for quality, technological innovation and customer service.
White was previously vice president of operations for Cal Pacific Specialty Foods, a leading strawberry processing company. Prior to that, he was director of operations for Mars Inc., where he was responsible for operations at a plant in California. He also held a variety of executive positions in production operations with Frito-Lay over a 10-year period.
