As California grape harvest unfolds, Fresh Farms faces a season marked by both challenge and opportunity.

With temperatures reaching unprecedented highs of 110-115 degrees in San Joaquin Valley, the grapes have been under significant stress, causing a delay in maturation as the plants struggled to adapt.

The Rio Rico, AZ-based grower-shipper said its candy grapes have been prominently featured in stores across the United States, reaffirming the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality produce.

However, the California table grape industry is not only important to the state, but it is important to the rest of the country as well because California table grapes represent 99 percent of domestically grown table grapes.
