Joe Atchison III is a cheerleader for New Jersey’s blueberries. As the assistant secretary of agriculture and director of the division of marketing and development for the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, part of his job is to make sure the world knows just how good the crop is.
When it comes to blueberries, the consumer wants everything: Great taste, excellent quality and just about anything else that might create a better eating experience.
