Blue Apron has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Wonder Group, a company founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore that is focused on at-home dining and food delivery.

After more than a century of business, Mancini Foods has been acquired in its entirely by family member Alan Mancini and his wife, Debbi Mancini. The new company is called Mancini Foods LLC.
