The U.S. Department of Agriculture has filed an administrative complaint against Ingles Produce Inc. The company, operating from Florida, allegedly failed to make prompt payment to 10 produce sellers in the amount of $1 million from August 2023 through December 2025, in violation of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.  

Dave Flitman, currently CEO of US Foods Holding Corp., has assumed the additional role of chair of the board. David Tehle, currently chair, transitioned to the role of lead independent director of the board.

In this role, Hair will support national accounts alongside Jay Alley, vice president of sales, helping drive continued growth for the brand and its expanding portfolio of guacamole, salsa, queso, bean dips and other refrigerated dip solutions across produce and deli departments.

Jeff England will join Target as executive vice president, chief global supply chain and logistics officer, effective May 31. England will report to Lisa Roath, Target's chief operating officer, and will be responsible for accelerating Target's supply chain plans to improve its shopping experience.
