The Texas International Produce Association unveiled a new Viva Fresh Produce Expo website as the expo celebrates its 10th anniversary. The 2025 Viva Fresh Expo will take place in Houston April 10–12, bringing together produce industry leaders from across North America.

This year, the Texas International Produce Association is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Viva Fresh Produce Expo in Houston April 10-12 with new opportunities to connect and engage.

This milestone year features many crowd-favorite events but also adds an expanded Viva Fresh Open Golf Tournament and a Pickleball tournament to the Thursday (April 10th) events lineup. Interested participants can sign up when attendee registration opens Feb 3.

The Canadian Produce Marketing Association’s annual trade show is Canada’s largest event dedicated to the fresh fruit and vegetable industry. This year’s show marks CPMA’s 100th anniversary and will take place April 8-10 at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal, featuring 690 booths representing more than 300 companies from around the world, including major growers, importers and exporters.

In Bloom, Texas International Produce Association’s Women in Produce, announced its first annual awards program celebrating women in the produce industry. The awards will be presented at the inaugural ceremony, In Bloom: TIPA Women Honoring Their Own on Feb. 27 in McAllen, TX.

The highly anticipated Organic Produce Summit has officially opened registration for qualified retailers. The leading organic and fresh produce event provides the freshest insights on organic produce and will take place July 9-10 in Monterey, CA.

Qualified retailers will receive complimentary registration and hotel stay, as well as the opportunity to join one of the many field tours showcasing North America’s most innovative and progressive organic producers.

The 2024 New York Produce Show trade show kicked off at the Javits Center the morning of Dec. 11 and traffic remained strong throughout the day. The one-day show featured more than 400 companies — and more than 4,000 attendees were expected. Buyers make up 40 percent of attendees and all exhibitors have the same-sized booth, which means all companies are on an equal playing field.
