MONTEREY, CA — The produce industry gathered for another successful Organic Produce Summit July 9-10 at the Monterey Conference Center, here. This year’s Organic Produce Summit hosted more than 330 retailers and buyers attended the event. The expanded exhibit hall featured just over 200 organic fresh produce growers and producers.

The International Fresh Produce Association will convene the foodservice industry’s most influential leaders at The Foodservice Conference, taking place July 31 to Aug. 1 in Monterey, CA. As the leading event for fresh produce in foodservice, the conference will gather key decision-makers, innovators and top buyers for a dynamic three day lineup that includes buyer sourcing meetings, the Fresh Ideas Showcase, the Foodservice Expo floor, networking receptions, a general session by Technomic on major health food trends and more. 

MONTEREY, CA — The Organic Produce Network kicked off the Organic Produce Summit July 9, here, with an opening reception at the Custom House Plaza in downtown Monterey. The reception followed a full day of activities that included field tours, a beach yoga session and a Seed to Service volunteer event in partnership with Brighter Bites.

With a full lineup of premium organic fruit that’s grown with care, Homegrown Organic Farms is set to make a strong impression at this year’s Organic Produce Summit. The company will be exhibiting at booth No.
