Vick Family Farms is headed to the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure show and is elated that 2022 looks to be the year the company can regularly meet face-to-face with its customers again.

Fresh Innovations LLC launched its ¡Yo Quiero! brand Mexican-style street corn Elote dip in early December, and feedback has been very positive, according to company officials.

“Demand is strong and steady,” said Brenda Briggs, vice president of sales and marketing for Rice Fruit Co., based out of Gardner, PA. The fresh produce industry usually sees an increase in business after the new year as consumers get focused on health.
