With more than eight decades of history behind it, Maurice A. Auerbach Inc. has long been a trailblazer when it comes to garlic on the East Coast. 

Packing its products under the AuerPak brand name, the company specializes in garlic, shallots and other specialty items, including tropical and Asian produce. It also handles organic garlic, shallots and tofu.

Flavor 1st Growers & Packers, with eight generations of history behind it, grows and packs more than 30 different varieties of produce, all tracked from field to fork using state-of-the-art distribution programs, labeling and procedures.

As it has since 1999, the company is looking forward to attending the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure show this year, exhibiting at booth No. 1045. 

Circled on the calendar, Turek Farms has been counting down the days to the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure. 

“It’s one of my favorite shows to attend,” said Jason Turek, a partner at King Ferry, NY-based Turek Farms, and its marketing company Cayuga Produce. “SEPC does such a great job of playing host and getting so many retailers, wholesale and foodservice people in the room,” said Turek.  

Vick Family Farms is thrilled to be heading south to attend the Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure show, knowing that it’s always a very production show and all involved expect this year to be once again. 

Naturipe Farms will be exhibiting and participating at the upcoming Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure show, with team members from all business units taking part in the important trade show.
