BOSTON — The New England Produce Council celebrated its 2021 Produce, Floral & Foodservice Expo Wednesday evening, Sept. 29, with a VIP reception and cocktail reception at Kings Dining & Entertainment, here in downtown Boston.

The New Jersey Department of Agriculture works to develop relationships with members from all sectors of the agricultural industry — from growers to processors to retailers. The department will soon be headed to the New England Produce Council show to promote some of the state’s top produce items.

Shoppers always get excited over new products that promise delicious, flavorful foods that are easy to prepare. It’s hard to imagine an easier way to serve delicious potatoes than with Potandon Produce’s new microwavable potato offerings. Attendees at the New England Produce Council Floral & Food Service Expo 2021 will be able to find out all about these new items.

The last time the New England Produce Floral & Food Service Expo was held the NEPC was celebrating its 20th anniversary and things were looking great for the produce industry. Of course, that was back in 2019, before the pandemic resulted in the cancellation of the 2020 show.

The NEPC will back with a vengeance in 2021, welcoming people to its 21st birthday, Sept. 29-30 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, providing a great opportunity for show exhibitors and attendees to share the industry’s latest products and services.

The New England Produce Council will hold a full-fledged, in-person trade show this fall, and to emphasize its excitement about the re-opening, it announced two dynamic keynote speakers.

Joe Watson, vice president of member engagement at the Produce Marketing Association, and Anne-Marie Roerink, president of 210 Analytics LLC, will co-present "E-Commerce: Making It Work for You," at the NEPC Produce, Floral & Food Service Expo, scheduled for Sept. 29-30 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
