JJB Family Farms has been touting the Modi apple — a natural cross between Gala and Liberty apple varieties, which was developed in the Po Valley of northern Italy — for several years, and it’s now ready to bring its bright red variety to the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral show for the first time.

Nash Produce has been working closely with the North Carolina SweetPotato Commission along with its retailers to gather insight on new and upcoming food trends. By doing so, it has helped the company stay on top.

The company will soon be headed to the International Fresh Produce Association’s Global Produce & Floral show, exhibiting at booth No. C2042.
