Jessie Garcia joins Danaco in senior manager role

Danaco Solutions has hired Jessie Garcia as senior manager of food safety and regulatory compliance. Garcia brought with her a deep expertise and ground-up approach to enhancing the company's food-safety standards across the supply chain.

Based in St. Louis, Garcia brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in food safety, supported by a strong academic foundation in environmental science and food microbiology. Her unique perspective, developed through roles spanning QSR brands across the country, prioritizes achievable, sustainable food-safety programs. Garcia’s commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her advanced education, including an MBA, DBA and numerous food-related certifications.

Raised in Southern California, Garcia has pursued her passion for food safety nationwide, ultimately settling in Missouri, where she now resides with her husband and teenage son. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing (even in landlocked St. Louis), spending time with family and experimenting with gardening.

Garcia embodies Danaco’s commitment to transparency, quality and strategic service. Her leadership continues to elevate the company's food-safety operations, reinforcing its promise to deliver optimal products with full supply chain visibility.
