Lutjen brings nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry, with a proven track record of driving growth, building customer relationships and leading high-performing teams. Most recently, she served in sales and business development at Index Fresh, where she worked with major retail accounts across the United States.
Her career spans leadership roles at organicgirl, PepsiCo and Campbell Sales Co., where she consistently delivered results across retail, foodservice and wholesale channels. Lutjen’s deep understanding of the Midwest market and her ability to develop strategic partnerships make her a valuable asset to Duda’s expanding sales organization.
