Camposol names new exec
Milagritos Olivero Groppo has been named Camposol's new vice president of finance. She started this role Nov. 1 of this year. Olivero previously served as finance and planning manager at Camposol.
Olivero joined Camposol SA in 2017 after a career of more than 20 years managing financial operations from executive and managerial positions. She has led major financial changes and corporate mergers in high-profile organizations while implementing financial and business development strategies that generated value for all company stakeholders. She has more than four years of experience in the international food industry.
Before joining Camposol, Olivero held several financial positions in different economic groups such as El Comercio Group, accompanying the digital transformation of the Media Group, in Neptunia where she held positions in project financing and debt restructuring and in Graña y Montero where she accompanied the company's IPO to the Lima Stock Exchange.
Her work will consist in consolidating the financial integration of Camposol Corp. and strengthening the long-term strategy supporting the operations in search of efficiencies and excellence.
