The Allen Lund Co. promotes Charlie Fabricant to ESG programs manager

The Allen Lund Co. announced the promotion of Charlie Fabricant to environmental, social and governance programs manager. In this role, he will create benchmarking, reporting and assessments of ALC’s ESG performance relative to company goals and the industry and provide recommendations on future policy and action based on relevant metrics.

Fabricant graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2021 with a double major in economics and human and organizational development with a minor in environmental sustainability. Fabricant joined the Nashville office as an undergraduate intern in 2021. After graduation, he became a transportation broker in addition to transitioning to the role of ESG coordinator. 

"Putting Charlie in this position was an easy decision. Charlie has been helping support sustainability-related questions and initiatives from shippers throughout his tenure with ALC. However, ESG-related initiatives and inquiries have been steadily increasing across our client base and we must ensure we stay ahead of the curve. Charlie is passionate about sustainability and has the knowledge and skillset necessary to ensure we do," said Ryan Stephenson, director of sales.

Regarding his promotion and experience at ALC, Fabricant said, “Within my time at ALC, I have learned countless professional and personal lessons.
