Mastronardi's new products drive theme for upcoming CPMA convention
With Canadian crop production about to peak, Mastronardi's increased capacity will have the company shipping more products than ever before.
In adding more than 100 acres of production in Ontario alone and doubling its primary Canadian distribution center, the company continues to focus on new product innovation and will be showcasing new items at the Canadian Produce Marketing Association convention in Toronto.
Mastronardi Produce will also be featuring its Eco-Pepper at the CPMA tradeshow. Grown at its EnviroFresh Farms greenhouse near Sarnia, ON, the facility is the first carbon-friendly greenhouse of it's kind in North America, using waste heat and carbon dioxide from a neighboring fertilizer facility.
The Eco Pepper is available in various formats including bulk and packaged in a unique and completely reusable crisper bag.
Mastronardi will showcase its complete line of "Sunset" brand items, including a variety of new items and new packaging, at the CPMA expo (booth 317). Mastronardi's new packaging concepts add convenience for customers who are looking for versatile and innovative options.
Emphasis on the company's brand revitalization project will be at the forefront of Mastronardi's presentation at CPMA. Trade show attendees will experience Mastronardi's completely redesigned labels, boxes, bags and related marketing materials. Executive Chef Jason Rosso will also be on hand preparing unique "Sunset" inspired appetizers and hors d'oeuvres.
