IPR Fresh starts 10th season with fresh look and a new location, builds sales team
The management team at Nogales, AZ-based IPR Fresh spent its “off” season in “on” mode, among other activities developing a new strategic plan, brand positioning and image, according to a company press release.
The firm also moved to a new office location, where IPR Fresh President Jose Luis Obregon unveiled an energetic new logo with the tagline “freshness delivered.”

The full-service shipper and produce consolidator also announced the hiring of produce veteran George Hardwick to fill a new sales representative position. Mr. Hardwick, who was most recently in sales with the Timco/Foodsource division of C.H. Robinson, has 25 years of food industry experience, including both sales and procurement experience, along with having served as an inspector for the government. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the IPR Fresh sales team, having spent more than a decade working in produce sales in the Nogales area, including tenure at Coastal Marketing Service Inc. and Al Harrison Co., the release said.
“I am very enthusiastic about George helping take IPR Fresh to the next level,” Sales Manager Enrique Obregon said in the release. “IPR Fresh is renowned for our October through June bell pepper program, and along with strategic plans to augment our customized services, this coming season we are looking forward to increasing our colored bell pepper volume.”
