Green Giant Fresh adds new items to retail product line
Green Giant Fresh announces Oct. 19 the addition of 15 new fruits and vegetables to its retail product line. The items will be unveiled at the company's PMA Fresh Summit booth No. 1238. Rounding out 33 produce department categories, these products will be available year-round for national distribution:
- Butternut squash — two-pound pouch
- Artichokes — four-count pouch
- Radishes, trimmed – one-pound pouch
- Brussels sprouts — one- and two-pound pouches
- Bi-Color corn — four-count tray featuring Box Tops for Education
- Greenhouse beefsteak tomatoes — three-count clamshell featuring Box Tops for Education
- Greenhouse Roma tomatoes-on-the-vine — one-pound clamshell featuring Box Tops for Education
- Greenhouse rainbow Bell peppers — three-count sleeve featuring Box Tops for Education
- Greenhouse super sweet baby Bell peppers — five-count pouch featuring Box Tops for Education

In addition to the expansion of Green Giant Fresh's Box Tops for Education through the new product line, the company is also announcing the addition of Box Tops for Education coupons on five existing products: sleeved celery; celery hearts; eight-ounce trays of sweet baby broccoli; 10-ounce clamshells of grape tomatoes; and 5.5-ounce bags green onions.
