As part of AYCO Farm’s growth strategy, the company has fashioned a comprehensive greenhouse produce program. AYCO has acquired procurement and greenhouse production in the four leading growing regions in Mexico. Through its partnerships in these production areas, AYCO will ship over 3 million cases this coming winter season.
“These new products are part of our new vision,” Avi Nir, chief executive officer of AYCO, said in a

In addition to the Mexico production, AYCO will offer an organic greenhouse line put together with corporate contacts in Europe and Israel. Shipments begin in the next four to six months. “The greenhouse production offers additional flexibility and options for our customers,” said Mr. Nir.
AYCO is committed to the integrity of its greenhouse product and has a team of people dedicated to ensure the product shipped meets all specifications. “The future is about sustainability, food safety and high quality,” Mr. Nir said in the release. “Having a more-controlled environment allows us to have more consistent production flows, something very important to our customers.”

To support its expansion in production, AYCO recently opened an office in McAllen, TX. “All of our efforts from Pompano Beach [FL] to McAllen to Mexico to Israel allow us to find areas in which we can meet the expectations of our customer base.” said Mr. Nir.
