Procacci Bros. announces promotions in sales and marketing departments
Procacci Bros. Sales Corp. and its affiliate, Santa Sweets Inc., jointly announced the promotion of Rick Feighery to vice president of sales and Kevin Delaney to director of marketing.
Mr. Feighery, formerly director of sales, has been involved in all aspects of Procacci Bros. growing and wholesale operations since joining the company in 1998.
He has accumulated extensive product knowledge and retail sales experience while leading the company's organic program, and will oversee business development and strategy for Procacci Bros. and Santa Sweets Inc.

Rick Feighery Mr. Delaney began with Procacci Bros. as a co-op through the food marketing program at Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Since joining the company in 2007, he designed and established the company's corporate social responsibility program and lead special projects. Mr. Delaney will now be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's marketing strategies while continuing to oversee the direction of the corporate social responsibility program.
"Rick has been instrumental in growing key segments of our business while Kevin has continually delivered results on top priority projects across our group of companies," Mike Maxwell, president of Procacci Bros., said in a press release. "It will be exciting to see what they can accomplish together in their new roles."
