Indianapolis Fruit holds 25th annual Golf Outing and Vendor/Product Showcase
Indianapolis Fruit Co. hosted its 25th annual Golf Outing and Vendor/Product Showcase July 23-24. "Every year, we strive to make this yearly event a benefit to our vendors, as well as to our retail partners," said Antonia Mascari, marketing manager. "This year's event was the most actively attended show since its inception 25 years ago."
In addition to the record attendance of over 375 people, the show had over 100 vendor partners and 250 retail partners, as well as multiple community members linked to the company's official blog, The Produce Mom.
The participating vendor partners displayed and sampled their products during the showcase and were able to interact with attending retail partners regarding existing and future business opportunities.
"Indianapolis Fruit Co. understands that in this ever-increasingly competitive marketplace and faced with a struggling economy, those that can more aptly adjust and change will lead rather than follow on the road to success," Ms. Mascari said. "With this fundamental theme in mind, we established a full-service program that provided our valued guests with the tools needed to transform their departments and turn them into a true value and service destination for their customers."
