Ganfer Fresh reacts to recent PACA complaint
Ganfer Fresh, a distributor of fruits and vegetables from Mexico, based in Nogales, AZ, affirms that the company is financially sound despite a recent report that it received an administrative complaint from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s PACA division.
According to the company, that matter relates to a past period during 2024 and early 2025 in which Ganfer Fresh experienced temporary financial disruption resulting from circumstances involving a third-party financial services provider.
“Thanks to the immediate support and commitment of our shareholders, all obligations to suppliers and growers were addressed responsibly, operations were stabilized, and the company emerged stronger than ever,” the company said in a statement. “While the publication references a matter from the past, it does not reflect the current strength, stability, or momentum of our organization. We remain fully committed to professionalism, accountability, transparency, and the long-term partnerships we have built throughout the produce industry.
Today, Ganfer Fresh said it continues to operate business as usual, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, growers, customers, and partners while continuing to expand and grow across our business activities.
“We sincerely appreciate the continued trust and support of our growers, suppliers, customers, and partners,” the company added in the statement. “Ganfer Fresh remains focused on growth, execution, and building an even stronger future together.”
