Fun 'N Sun 2026 registration and room block now open
The California Association of Flower Growers & Shippers announced that registration and the official hotel room block are now open for the Fun 'N Sun 2026 Floral Convention, taking place at the Langham Huntington in Pasadena, CA.
Celebrating "A Legacy in Bloom — 85 Years of Floral Excellence," this year's event promises education, immersive tours, networking and the industry's Flower Fair. A newly released full-color event brochure offers a first look at the programming, special events and exclusive experiences awaiting attendees.
From behind-the-scenes access at Fiesta Productions, creators of the Rose Parade floats, to guided tours through two of Los Angeles' most influential flower markets, Fun 'N Sun 2026 delivers one-of-a-kind opportunities.
"Fun 'N Sun is where our industry comes together to connect, learn and celebrate what makes floral so special," said Lisa Filice, board vice chair and Fun 'N Sun task force co-chair. "This year's program truly captures the energy and evolution of our industry — we're bringing together meaningful education, unforgettable experiences and the people who make it all happen."
Attendees can look forward to:
- High-impact educational sessions featuring industry leaders and innovators
- The Flower Fair, showcasing top growers, suppliers and service providers
- Signature evening events, including "The Secret Garden" and "An Evening of Glitz and Glamour"
- Optional hands-on workshops designed to inspire creativity and skill-building
- The golf tournament at Brookside Golf Course, beside the Rose Bowl
"This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 85 years of CalFlowers and reintroduce a meaningful tradition," said Lane DeVries, CalFlores president. "For the first time in over a decade, we are bringing back the Distinguished Service Award to honor an individual whose dedication, leadership and service have made a lasting impact on the floral industry."
The Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual within the U.S. floral community who has demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership and initiative, and whose contributions have significantly advanced the industry. The recipient must be affiliated with a CalFlowers member company and be widely respected for integrity, professionalism and service, with a lasting impact through leadership, innovation or mentorship.
"From the Flower Fair to the tours and evening events, every detail has been designed to create value for our attendees," said Cagney Miller, board director and Fun 'N Sun task force co-chair. "This is more than a convention — it's an opportunity to build relationships, discover new ideas and grow your business."
In addition to registration, CalFlowers encourages companies to take advantage of remaining sponsorship opportunities to gain visibility among floral professionals. Exhibit space is filling quickly, with a limited number of booth and tabletop opportunities still available for the Flower Fair.
Golfers also are invited to secure their spot in the Fun 'N Sun Golf Tournament, a kickoff event that blends networking and fun on one of Pasadena's most scenic courses.
With room availability at the Langham Huntington expected to fill quickly, attendees are encouraged to register early and book accommodations as soon as possible.
