Sarah Diamond joins Bay Baby Produce
Bay Baby Produce has hired Sarah Diamond as the company's sales and logistics coordinator.
Diamond joins Bay Baby Produce with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and project management, including seven years in the produce industry. She brings a strong foundation in customer relationship management, produce expertise and delivers consistent value in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
“I’m really excited about the opportunity to join Bay Baby Produce because I enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,” said Diamond. “I like being part of something that provides fresh, quality products to families. I’m especially drawn to the hands-on work and the chance to continue learning — whether that’s around produce, quality standards or customer service.”
Her background includes both international and domestic project management, promotional retail marketing and new customer development — experience that has shaped her strengths in organization, communication and problem-solving.
“Joining Bay Baby Produce felt like a natural fit,” Diamond added. “It allows me to leverage my industry knowledge while continuing to learn, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team.”
In her new role, Diamond will focus on strengthening customer partnerships, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the continued growth of Bay Baby Produce’s diverse product lines.
“I’m most looking forward to building strong relationships with customers and really understanding their needs so I can help them succeed,” she said. “I enjoy being part of a fast-moving environment and finding ways to make an impact.”
Beyond operations and customer success, Diamond is deeply aligned with the company’s mission and the broader meaning behind agriculture.
“Working in fresh produce means being part of something essential — it’s about feeding communities while supporting the growers and supply chains behind the scenes,” she said. “But at Bay Baby Produce, it’s even more than that. We get to be part of people’s seasonal traditions.
“Pumpkins have personality," she said. "Watching children light up when they see Pumpkin Patch Pals, and seeing homes decorated with pumpkins and gourds to welcome friends and family — that’s something special. Those moments create lasting memories, and it’s meaningful to play even a small role in that experience.”
